Considering that LB has been the most pirated sex author in the world, it is possible that unknown pirates with high-tech equipment and phenomenal hacking skills, could duplicate the LB classic DVDs, print fake numbers, copy LB signature and sell these phony DVDs on the open market for vile monetary gains. In this case, the pirates will certainly fail to make proper DVD copies because of a series of secret technical precautions taken by LB-Interactive during the DVD authoring/ duplicating process: they'll be unable to copy all the features of the authentic DVD made by LB, and they will certainly substitute LB's "superior" SEX with meaningless surrogates and idiotic advertising. Ultimately, you could end up purchasing a poor pirated copy with anti-climatic sex and no collectible value. |

In order to discourage possible pirates or defeat them all together, we have devised the following strategy, which provides for 100% protection to all fans, sponsors, supporters and collectors of authentic Lasse Braun DVDs. Here's how it works: EACH original Lasse Braun DVD is numbered and signed by the author. Before being shipped to any buyer in any part of the world, EVERY SINGLE DVD disk is SCANNED and its image is stored in our DVD-Database. Every buyer/owner of an original numbered/signed Lasse Braun DVD can scan his or her disk and e-mail the image to lb-dvd@cybercore.com for authenticity control. As two signatures of any individual cannot be exactly identical, we'll superimpose the image of any numbered/signed LB DVD disk received for authenticity control to the original numbered/signed image of the disk previously stored in our database and we'll be able to determine if they are identical. If they are identical, the client's disk is an original. If they're not identical, we'll inform the client that something is wrong. For database research and e-mail reply please click HERE. An Original Certificate of Authenticity (OCA) can be obtained by any legitimate buyer/collector of any authentic LB DVD. All LB OCAs look like the one below except for the LB DVD Title and the name of the exclusive Continental Distributor: Individual OCA(s) are issued by LB-Interactive for any numbered LB DVD titles. Titles and numbers identical to the numbers and titles of every LB DVD stored in our DVD-Database are printed on the front side of every OCA. In addition, the name and address of the official initial source of the OCA is printed on its front side as well. Legitimate LB OCAs originate from TWO different categories of official LB sources: A) the official LB website(s) for individual buyers/collectors; B) any of the official, exclusive, continental LB distributors (listed in the DistributionStatus of this website,) in charge of organizing the exclusive distribution of a limited number of original LB DVDs to a limited number of participating retail outlets of their continent. The name of every official source (A or B) belonging to any of the abovementioned categories is printed on the front side of every LB OCA. Every OCA is personally signed by Lasse Braun with his handwritten autograph. The images of all and every OCAs are also stored in the DVD-Database along with the image of each LB DVD disk. |

A) LB clients/collectors who are purchasing any LB DVD from the official LB website--source A)-- could also purchase right away the LB OCA by adding $5.00 for every LB DVD they're ordering, if they envisage to resell this or any other authentic LB DVD to someone else in the future. B) Every official, exclusive, continental LB distributors listed in the DistributionStatus of this website, is provided by LB with an identical number of authentic OCAs along with every original LB DVD titles purchased from LB. Upon reception of the OCAs, the Continental Distributor will put his stamp and signature on the upper backside of every LB OCA. The distributor's salesmen supplying authentic LB DVDs to any participating retail outlets residing in the territory of the Continental Distributor, are going to supply every outlet with the corresponding titled/numbered OCAs, signed by both LB in the front and by the Continental Distributor in the backside. All buyers/collectors purchasing original LB DVDs from participating outlets, are entitled to see the OCA corresponding to the LB DVD they want to purchase, and possibly buy one from the outlet if they decide to buy the corresponding LB DVD. In this case the retail outlet is going to put his stamp and signature underneath the one of the Continental Distributor. If agreed by the buyer, the retailer could write the buyer's name or pseudonym just below his signature. Whereupon, the retailer could deliver both the LB DVD title(s) with its/their proper OCA(s), and conclude the transaction. |

The LB OCA(s) can be shown or even framed and hanged on the walls for personal collectors' pride, but the practical purpose of the OCAs is to allow all buyers/collectors of authentic LB DVDs to transfer the property of any LB DVDs in the appropriate manner. As a matter of fact, LB suggests that whoever is legitimately purchasing an authentic LB DVD from participating retail outlets in any part of the world, should also buy or request the corresponding original OCA. If and when the day will come for any LB buyer or collector to re-sale or auction any LB DVDs, they could exhibit the corresponding OCAs, sign it in the back with the name of the new buyer/collector, and obtain a higher price for any original, fully authenticated LB DVD title. LB also suggests that no one should purchase any LB DVD titles without obtaining the corresponding OCA. With an OCA, any subsequent buyers/collectors could show proof of purchase and legitimize the precious possession/re-sale/auction of an authentic LB DVD. |

Before buying one or more LB DVDs from any private individual or from any non-authorized retail outlets, LB suggests that you check if the number on the OCA is identical to the number on the DVD box and disk, which are offered to you. Then try to determine if the Lasse Braun signatures on the box cover, on the disk and on the OCA is likely to the authentic, handwritten autograph of the Author. If you're sure that you're buying an original Lasse Braun DVD from a person who shows you an OCA, you should ask the vendor to transfer the OCA to you by writing your name and signing it on the back of the Certificate before giving it to you. In case you lost you original OCA, hereafter we explain how you could obtain a copy. 1) Any copy of a lost OCA of an authentic LB DVD can only be issued by LB-Interactive upon request on this website or by mail. All copies of lost OCAs will be mailed to the applicants if proper procedure is observed. 2) Make sure that your numbered/signed LB DVD is stored in our Database. Go to DVD-Database and fill up the research application. A database research fee of $10.00 is applicable to every request. Positive answer is not guaranteed. We will NOT refund the Database research fee after research has begun. Keep in mind that if the Database research on your LB DVD turns out to be negative, we cannot issue a copy of the lost OCA. Payment with Credit Card will speed up the research operation. Check below for payments with personal checks or Money Order. 3) Once you've got a positive response from the Database research on your LB DVD, you can request LB Interactive to issue a copy of the lost OCA and mail it back to you. For every copy of a lost OCA, you'll be requested to pay another registration/ authentication fee of $10.00 on top of the $10.00 fee you paid for the Database research. Resident inside the USA/Canada please add $3.00 for shipping & handling. Residents outside the US/Canada please add $5.00 for extra shipping & handling costs. Payment with Credit Card will speed up the research operation. Read below for payments with personal checks or Money Order. 4) If your request for a copy of the lost OCA is accepted, and if you paid the abovementioned amounts with Credit Card, we'll mail the copy of the lost OCA to the name and address you gave us along with the payment, within FIVE working days. 5) If you want to pay with personal checks or Money Order please consider that you have to make two different payments: one for the Database research and one for the copy of the lost OCA. And this because if the Database research on your disk turns out to be negative, we cannot issue a copy of the lost OCA. 5a) Please mail the Database research request with your name, address and e-mail address, along with a sharp, color photocopy of your original LB DVD disk, to: LB-Interactive / OCA Residents of the USA or Canada, please enclose a $10.00 check or Money Order to cover the Database research fee. Write check or MO in favor of LB-Interactive. If you're NOT a resident of the USA or Canada please enclose a Bank or Cashier check for US $10.00. As soon as the checks are cashed, we'll begin the Database research and answer to you via e-mail. If you're unable to receive email, please add $3.00 for mailing costs of the Database research result within the USA and Canada; or US $5:00 for answers outside the USA or Canada. If the result is positive, instructions will be given for the acquisition of copies of the lost OCA.  |
